SeaSpace TerraScan Model TL800: a land-based receiving system for geostationary satellites. In the field, it is critically important for flight operations planning. This system, with minor software adjustments, can receive signal from GMS (Japan), FY-2 (China), GOES (US), METEOSAT (Europe), and ELEKTRO (Russia). For detail description, please see the attached information sheet. Both turn-key systems need no calibration once they have been properly set up. The C4 team had excellent experience with these receivers during CEPEX.
